Designing a business-to-business (B2B) dashboard involves several steps that aim to visualize data in a clear, intuitive, and accessible manner. B2B dashboards are typically used to track key performance indicators (KPIs), provide insights into business operations, and enable data-driven decision making.
Identifying the Audience: it’s important to understand who will be using it. Different roles within an organization will have different needs and interests. For instance, a sales manager might be interested in tracking sales targets and performance, while an operations manager might need to monitor supply chain metrics.The purpose in this case is to understand the needs, motivations, and habits of our target users to help design a more effective and user-friendly app.
